Sequencher External Tools is a set of tools for boosting both speed and accuracy for Sequencher. These external tools contain programs such as BWA, Maq, GSNAP, and Velvet. Adding them to Sequencher allows you to use those algorithms to align or assemble your Next-Generation sequences.
